Once the most high-end smartphone in 2017, the Galaxy S8 and Note 8 were not updated by Samsung to Android 10.
While Apple is updating iOS 13 for the iPhone line launched in 2015, the image is thought to be a list of Samsung Android 10 update devices that will make users of S8 and Note8 pity.
Specifically, the list of devices posted by Android Pure shows that the Galaxy S8, S8 + and Note8 will not be updated to Android 10 even after being released for only 2 years. This is a leaked, unauthenticated information from Samsung.

Those who are using Galaxy S8, S8 + or Note8 will be disappointed. However, due to the fact that two major Android updates (8.0 Oreo in 2017 and 9 Pie in 2018) have been updated, it is reasonable for Samsung not to upgrade Android 10 for Galaxy S8 and Note 8.
Samsung's updated Android 10 list includes cheap, mid-range, high-end and tablet models launched in 2018 and 2019, totaling nearly 50 devices. In addition to the S10, Note10, S9 and Note9 series, all 5 models of the Galaxy M series, Galaxy J and A products launched in the last 2 years all support updates to Android 10.
Despite not being updated to Android 10, Samsung will continue to patch security for Galaxy S8 and Note8 for the next one year like the Galaxy S7 and S7 edge.
Image does not disclose the time of official release. Samsung is expected to start the Android 10 beta program in late September, so the update could start later this year and continue until next year.
Information about the updates may soon be published by Samsung on its official channels in the near future.
