A few weeks ago, South Korea's Gravity game company revealed for the first time a brand-new mobile game based on the famous Ragnarok name, Assault! Ragnarok. Recently in a media event organized by the company to provide more detailed information about this blockbuster.
This is not the sequel to Ragnarok Online that everyone predicted, but another test on Ragnarok Online 2.5D classic. Here are the remarkable information that was revealed at this event, note that Assault! Ragnarok is only planned to release to the Korean market.

Surprisingly, there is no official logo design for Assault! Ragnarok.
As mentioned above, Assault! Ragnarok will use classic 2.5D graphics based on the original Ragnarok Online version.
Assault! Ragnarok was developed in China by The Dream (or Dream²), the company created various mobile MMORPGs based on Ragnarok.
Assault! Ragnarok has conducted a beta close test in China, but will debut in Korea by Gravity. The test beta in Korea will begin this month, followed by an official launch set for September. However, it may be delayed depending on the player's feedback.
The game is crafted using the HTML5 tool called Layabox. As an HTML5 game, it can be played on mobile systems and PCs without downloading game applications. However, Gravity will still prepare official applications for Google Play and the App Store.
Although HTML5 technology allows all players to be in the same server. But Gravity has somehow decided to have its own servers for PCs and mobile versions. Players from both sides will meet in PVP server battles.
It will have automatic functions like a regular mobile game.
There are 5 subclasses starting for Assault! Ragnarok.
Gravity brings over 100 types of costumes, mounts and cosmetic items in the game.
The final content of the game is currently a battle against Guild vs Guild to fight for the territory.

After debuting, Gravity is ready to update the content for about 5 months.
As mentioned earlier, there are no plans to launch in the international market for Assault! Ragnarok.
