Sweet cake is the basic type of canvas but anyone who is involved in making cakes has to learn. This type of cake comes with different creams, fruits, syrup, alcohol, chocolate, and different types of cakes. It also serves as a material for some mousse cakes, even for ladyfinger in the famous Tiramisu dish.


Resources:
- 3 chicken eggs 90g
- Street 70g
- Multipurpose wheat flour
- 15g corn flour
- 20g warm butter

Tool:
- Spatula whisk
- Oven
- Mixing
- 16cm round mold

Perform:
- Turn on the oven at 180 degrees C
- Wheat flour, corn mixed, smooth sieve
- Chicken eggs with white cotton sugar
- Mix gently 1/2 of the flour into the sugar mixture
- Mix the rest
- Mix butter flowing with the mixture



Note, in all 3 steps mixing raw materials, making gently but decisively, do not mix thoroughly, avoid breaking air bubbles.

- Pour the dough into a mold, lightly tap the dough evenly. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden, use a skewer to try the cake, make it dry and clean. When the cake is cold, cut the cake into thin slices. Use a broom to brush the sugar on the cake surface to keep it dry. Cake core depending on preferences and available conditions, can simply be topping, more complex, butter cream, chocolate ...
