- 12g yeast bloom

- 500g flour
- 115g pesto sauce (basil sauce)
- 460g mozzarella cheese yarn
- 115g small grated parmesan cheese
- 10g sliced smoked sausage

Making:
- The yeast mix with warm water, add salt and 1/2 part of flour. Use a flour beater for 1 minute, then slowly add the remaining flour. Keep stuffing the dough until your hands are not sticky.
