Recently Huawei has seized market share from Apple and Samsung handsets with more and more advanced devices, especially in China.
Huawei Technologies has surpassed Apple to become the world's second-largest smartphone maker, taking a step closer to Samsung's ambition to take over Samsung.
According to IDC research firm, Huawei's shipments in the first quarter grew 50% compared to a year ago. Huawei is also the only company in the top 4 that can increase shipments in the context of the smartphone market in the six consecutive quarters.

Recently Huawei has seized market share from Apple and Samsung handsets with more and more advanced devices, especially in China. Apple has just released a quarterly report that outperforms analysts' expectations as demand for iPhone has stabilized after a disappointing last quarter. Samsung also recorded positive results thanks to the S10 product line launched last February. However, IDC said it is likely that Huawei will maintain its No. 2 position from now until the end of the year.
