Making:
- Egg: separate the yolk
- Yolk + Salt + Sugar + Fresh milk + Cooking oil + Flour: Beat evenly by hand.
- Whites + Tata powder (Lemon juice): Whisk.
- Mix well the mixture (1) and (2) and pour into baking mold at a temperature of 1800C, for a period of 22-25 minutes.
- Genlatine: soak in ice.
- Sugar granulated sugar then poured slowly into egg yolk + Genlatine: whipped (1).
- Cream chesse whipped to slowly into the mixture (1), we get mixed (2).
- Whipping: 70% whisk and island with the mixture (2), mixed (3).
- Put 1 layer of gato canvas on the bottom of the mold, then put a layer of mixture (3), then we take 1 layer of canvas tarpaulin to go up and proceed like the first time.
- After finishing, put it in the refrigerator to freeze it.
