Road to Vung Tau by motorbike from Saigon
There are 3 directions for you to choose:
Direction 1: You go to National Highway 1A, running through Dong Nai bridge for 30 km will meet an intersection called Vung Tau crossroads (some people call the old name before as Vung Tau fork), then turn right into the country Route 51 and then run straight for a circuit about 100 km more will come to Vung Tau. Those who depart from the center of the city go through Thu Thiem tunnel, run to Long Thanh highway to reach Vung Tau crossroads and get more convenient.

Direction 2: This is the direction to go to Vung Tau via Cat Lai ferry in District 2, Ho Chi Minh City and then go through Nhon Trach in Dong Nai. Following this road will lead straight to National Highway 51, right at the gate to Nhon Trach Industrial Zone, then go straight to Vung Tau. This direction has something to look at through the rubber forest, which is about 20 km shorter than the direction 1 but the road is slightly rough.

Direction 3: Choose 1 of 2 ways to go like above to reach National Highway 51. You keep running straight until you meet the guide to go to Long Son island when 27 km from Vung Tau.
