Description information
Frog meat is one of the nutritionally rich foods that are good for health. There are many ways to prepare frog meat, but in order to preserve the natural sweetness of frog meat, frogs infused with crispy flour are an option for you.

Details
Because frogs live in both terrestrial and underwater environments (ponds and lakes, fields), when preparing frog meat, we have to be extremely careful to ensure that the dish is safe and sanitary. Washed frogs, peel off the skin, remove the intestines and tendons in the thighs, then rinse with salt water and drain.
Here's how to prepare Frog Thighs with deep fried dough:
Resources :
- Prepared frog thighs (500-600g)
- 1 chicken egg
- Crispy flour, energy powder, lion powder
- Unroasted white sesame
- Dried onions, pepper, ginger wine, seasoning seeds
- Cooking oil
Making :
Step 1: Marinate the frog's thigh with dried onion, pepper, and a little bit of ginger wine to remove the fishy smell, seasoning and stirring.
Step 2: Mix crispy fried flour, energy powder in the ratio of 5: 1, then add 1 tablespoon of lion powder for aroma, some white sesame.
Step 3: Mix water into the flour mixture, add water slowly, just add the water and stir until the powder does not clump, until the mixture is thick, then stop giving water.
Step 4: Beat the chicken eggs, put them in the dough, don't give it much because the fried dough is easy to get sick. Stir the dough evenly, then let it sit for a while.
Step 5: Put cooking oil in a deep frying pan, bring to a boil and simmer. Note: the amount of oil must be enough to flood frog legs.
Step 6: Fry the frog: fry twice so that the skin is crunchy.
- Frying the first time: Dip the frog's thigh into the dough so that the dough is stuck and drop into the oil pan to fry until the frog is cooked, the skin layer is light yellow. Pick up frogs to disk.
- Fry 2 times: boil the cooking oil again, put the frog in the fry until golden brown, scoop the frog into the plate.
Attention :
When you first drop the frog into fried, fry it in a small fire and do not use chopsticks to stir, when the outer layer of skin powder is hard, you can use chopsticks to turn, turn your face. Before taking out the dish, turn on the fire to make the cooking oil not soaked into the dough.
Result of frogs infused with crispy fried dough:

Like roasted frogs, the finished product also requires a layer of skin covered with yellow, crunchy and fragrant. Frog meat inside must be soft and sweet.
The dish is served with sweet and sour sauce.
