INSTRUCTIONS
Whisk together lime juice, sugar, and salt until dissolved.
Add onions and radishes, tossing to coat; chill 2 hours, tossing occasionally. Stir in cilantro just before serving. Serve pickles with Slow Cooker Carnitas.
