Session 9/3: Foreign investors continue to net sell, focusing on "consolidation" VIC, VRE
VNM was at the top of the net selling list with VND 98.78 billion. Next in the top net selling were NSC (VND 68.4 billion), VCB (VND 63 billion), SJD (VND 27.47 billion), BID (VND 27.21 billion).


The trading session last week closed with the opposite movements of the index. While VnIndex slightly decreased 0.74 point (0.07%) to 1,123.41 points, due to increasing selling pressure at the resistance zone of 1,130 points, HNX-Index and Upcom-Index still closed in green.

On the HSX, foreigners were net sellers with 2.1mn shares, worth VND101bn and were net sellers for a second straight day.


Duo VIC, VRE continue to be foreigners "consolidation" quite fierce with net buying value reached 90.3 billion, respectively, and 58.64 billion dong Vietnam Vietnam dong. Closed session, VIC increased slightly by 0.3% to 103,500 Vietnam dong, while VRE stops at reference level.

Top 5 Foreign investors also bought the most HPG (34.12 billion Vietnam dong), VSC (26.72 billion Vietnam dong), VJC (21.36 billion Vietnam dong).

In net selling, VNM topped the list with VND98.78 billion. The next ranked among the top net sellers respectively NSC (68.4 billion Vietnam dong), VCB (63 billion Vietnam dong), SJD (27.47 billion Vietnam dong), BID (27.21 billion Vietnam dong ).

On HNX, foreign investors net bought 363 thousand shares, respectively worth 2.4 billion Vietnam dong today.


PVS was the most net bought by HNX with 21.69 billion dong. Followed by SHB (8.85 billion dong), SHS (1.66 billion dong), NHA (0.36 billion dong), and NTP (0.16 billion dong). In particular, SHB, SHS, and NTP were the green holdings.

In the opposite direction, VGC was at the top of the net selling list with VND24.28 billion. Next ranked were DNP (VND1.77 billion), MAS (VND1.07 billion), VCS (VND0.81 billion), BVS (VND0.71 billion). In particular, VCS had a remarkable trading day with a gain of 8,000 dong (3.3%) to 248,000 dong, the third straight gain.

On Upcom, foreigners performed a net buying of 1.26 million shares, worth VND32.89 billion.



The net buying volume of foreign investors on Upcom was concentrated in POW (29.84 billion dong) and KDF (21.47 billion dong). At the close, both POW and KDF gained 2.3% and 3%, respectively.

In net selling, BSR topped the list with VND14.62 billion. Next was VGT (4.76 billion), LTG (4.44 billion), SAS (1.83 billion), ABI (0.22 billion).
